We've worked together as both artists and producers. Working with you side by side behind a mixing board was one of the most positive experiences I've had. When I'm in a session either by myself, or with others, usually it all depends on me to get things going, get the ball rolling, troubleshoot any issues if there are any and do my best to make the customer happy. When we worked in the studio the first time, it was a relief to know that I could take breaks and know that when I came back, everything would be fine, if not better than how I left it. Each time we've worked together, I've learned something, and I know I've taught something. You're extremely open minded to suggestions and work well with people willing to work with you. You know when to sit back and let the artist do his or her thing, and when to step in and blatantly tell them how and why and what they are doing will not work. On the flip side, as an artist myself, I felt extremely comfortable in your studio. I was welcomed to the studio ready to record and a hot pot of coffee by my side. You treated me as you've treated all the other artists you work with and I respect that about you. You gave me the drive I needed to push through the complicated take and picked me up when I felt like I had failed myself. We took a quick break, you told me your thoughts, I went in and smashed it in only one take. This is just one of many sessions we've had together; each one more positive than the last.I appreciate everything you do as a producer and a musician and I look forward to working with you soon. Best of luck Jon
